On Wednesday, November 9th, the State Forest Practices Board will consider changing forestry rules for buffers alongside non-fish-bearing Np streams. The Board has two different proposals to consider. The proposal offered by small and large forest landowners and counties responds directly to the latest science to ensure that salmon and amphibian safe temperatures are always protected. Click here <https://www.votervoice.net/BroadcastLinks/wmB9KuwqTDG3eTGGcnra5w> for a rich, illustrated summary of the facts of the proposal. The science makes clear why this plan is the best path forward. Please send a message to the Forest Practices Board TODAY! <https://www.votervoice.net/BroadcastLinks/tlTiOtIbebAF1bRC2R95AA> Be sure that board members hear why they should support the collaborative, science-driven approach of the landowner proposal. We thank you for your continued support of Washington's working forests. Sincerely, Washington's Working Foresters ________________________________ Click here <https://www.votervoice.net/BroadcastLinks/k76mjLhloTii0-qHDLN2Cg> to unsubscribe from this mailing list. <https://www.votervoice.net> <https://www.votervoice.net/BroadcastLinks/DM4eD5WJ1JqLN8B7tCJO0A.jpg>
