Everyone of these ideas presented in this meeting today, and with many gaps left at the recent sub committee meeting, have to have a demonstration of the "tool" with a current condition
observed. Line up a parcel that is underperforming in any definition version against the example; Sarah has mentioned one in the Blanchard scenario. Visual example will explain the
intent of the "tool" because it does matter if the screwdriver handle is red or blue; many citizens are color blind.
