a. There is no permit for a studio in the property records.
b. There is a building permit (BLD1980-00202) on file for an "Office - Shop" (w/ attached deck) on file.
c. According to the assessor's page, a "Cabin" exists on the property but no "year built" was provided. This may be the same structure as the "studio".
d. According to BLD1980-00202, there should be only 1 partial bathroom and no bedrooms inside the studio.
e. The Neal Short Plat contains the following Notice to Purchaser's: "Sewage disposal permits have been issued for Lots 1 and 2 of this short subdivision. The permits are limited to two (2) bedrooms per permit. Site constraints may prohibit future sewage disposal system expansion". If this "Office - Shop", "Cabin", or "Studio" contains a
bedroom then they are exceeding their septic system capacity.
