articles of incorporation, bylaws, certificate of good standing, or a copy of the most recent IRS Form 990 in order to demonstrate their status as a non-profit organization. Previously,
the NOFO stated that the non-profit organization must submit these documents, suggesting that all are required. Non-profit organizations only need to submit one of these documents to
demonstrate their status.
