From May through September, the Port Townsend Main Street Program works with our local garden center and businesses to beautify the historic districts by caring for 75 -100 hanging flower baskets which are pretty as a picture! Labor, fuel and equipment costs have been rising steadily and our nonprofit has been underwriting this project to keep the program going.
