VACATE A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY

Jefferson County Public Works has received a request to vacate Ricky Beach Drive, a
county road (NW S2-T27N-R1E). See map enclosed. The County Engineer's Report and exhibits
can be found at:

If you wish to provide comments on the request to vacate Ricky Beach Drive, please submit
those in writing (by mail or email to the undersigned) before December 2, 2022. This will allow
time for your comments to be reviewed and included in a supplement to the County Engineer's
Report and presented for consideration by the Hearing Examiner in advance of the public hearing
scheduled for December 20, 2022.
