NAWB is working with the USDOL Supply Chain Automation Workforce Hub to help boards and their employer partners develop Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
Success Spotlight:
a RAP engages the whole community...
Warren County Career Center (WCCC) in Lebanon, Ohio has partnered with the Hub and successfully registered a new state-approved "Warehouse Worker" RAP, which will employ and train warehouse
worker apprentices, taking them from entry-level to front-line supervisor.
The Hub will provide incentive funding and ongoing technical assistance by connecting WCCC with community partners and supply chain automation companies interested in utilizing WCCC’s
RA training. Apprentices concurrently pursuing continuing education will also be able to count their apprenticeship training toward college credit!
