The Legislative Steering Committee (LSC) previously narrowed the scope of possible priorities in May and formed subcommittees that met throughout the summer to discuss and evaluate 35 issues in four subject areas – Fiscal & Governance, Environment & Land Use, Infrastructure & Transportation, and Social Justice & Equity. The LSC met again in September to further narrow the list and ultimately selected 4 issues for consideration by the WSAC membership as the 2023-24 legislative agenda.
