Thank you for including me on issues concerning Shine Rd. I am the current President of the Shine Plat HOA , which encompasses from the intersection Shine Rd. At a minimum during
roundabout construction, a left turn lane heading westbound on Hwy104 should be installed.
For your information, bids have gone out from Jefferson County PUD for water system connection, ( timing not yet completed) which will also create traffic impacts as the system needs
to cross Hwy104.
