Question
* Just how will Jefferson County use the Deliverables outlined on Page 13 of the attached contract?
* How does the expenditure of $24,800 benefit the citizens of Jefferson County?
Until you can provide a reasonable explanation, I suggest this contract provides no benefit to the County and is a waste of funds.
