The family disapproves to vacate Ricky Beach Drive.
We want the county to keep the road, Mr. Trask has presented this to the county several times over the
past 20 plus years. He has already built a road over the bank from his upper lots to Ricky Beach Drive.
There are numerous cuttings of trees, movement of dirt on the upper plots of Mr. Trask ownership has
changed the lower property stability. I am sure the county has records of engineers reports of the land if
not I have them. I have concerns of the shore management rules, Mr. Trask has already shown in our
view no respect to the land and how it has effected the shore line. The spring that runs across along the
property line (we have the water rights) has changed over the years of him cutting trees and the new
road he has that goes over the bank.
We also have property adjacent to plot number 57 and has no access to it only Ricky Beach Road. We do
want to be tied to his easement to allow us to access our property.
We had thought this was a resolved issues years ago. My family has owned this since the late 40’s, from
supposed condos in 1974 to now Mr. Trask on going issues in the 90’s I hope that the county will keep
the road and not allow Mr. Trask to take possession .
