No they checked it over and had not comments. They did a motion that said they had reviewed it
and had no comments, it has no bearing on parks and recreation. Thanks for running it past them.

Subject: Road vacation
I got the notice of intent to vacate Ricky Beach Drive. The parks and recreation advisory board meets
every other month: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec, on the first Thursday of the month. So they will be
able to review this. I will relay any response they have to you first thing on Friday, 10/2.
