The consultation includes a design and administrative assistance. This service does not include extensive field inspection or correspondence. The following are the key elements of the propose project: . Provide 100 slips in the range of 35 feet in length up to 60 feet in length, . Provide additional areas for vessels larger than 60 feet to moor. . Cost-effective solution utilizing existing infrastructure as feasible. . Minimize environmental impacts. . Minimize impact to existing tenants and facilities. . Ability to phase the project. . Work within the constraints of the neighboring Scott Property dock. .
