REQUEST FOR SHORELINE PRE.APPLICATION CONSULTATION
The Jefferson County Land Use Application Procedures Ordinance (Ordinance # 04-0828-98), requires that before an application is
made for a shoreline substantial development permit, a pre-application consultation must be held. The consultation includes a design
and administrative assistance. This service does not include extensive field inspection or correspondence. Pre-application consultation
does not limit subsequent administrative review.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Olympic Property Group, Inc. proposes to expand the existing 320 slip marina. The following are the key elements of the propose
project:
. Provide 100 slips in the range of 35 feet in length up to 60 feet in length.
. Provide additional areas for vessels larger than 60 feet to moor.
. Cost-effective solution utilizing existing infrastructure as feasible.
. Minimize environmental impacts.
. Minimize impact to existing tenants and facilities.
. Ability to phase the project.
. Work within the constraints of the neighboring Scott Property dock
. Include amenities such as dinghy floats and an expanded kayak float.

effect at the time of the pre-application consultation. Revised or new County ref!ulations could affect a future development
application. A pre-application consultation does not vest a future development application.

Upon receipt of a conceptual design and this request fonn, a pre-application consultation will be scheduled with staff.
By signing the application fonn, the applicant/owner attests that the information provided herein is true and correct to the best of their knowledge, Any material
falsehood or any omission of a material fact made by the applicant/owner with respect to this application packet may result in this permit being null and void.
I further agree to save, indemnify and hold hannless Jefferson County against all liabilities, judgments, court costs, reasonable attorney's fees and expenses which may
in any way accrue against Jefferson County as a result of or in consequence of the granting of this permit,
I funher agree to provide access and right of entry to Jefferson County and it's employees, representatives or agents for the purpose of application review and any
required later inspections. Access and right of entry to the applicant's property or structure shall be requested and shall occur during regular business hours.
