As you and I discussed today, we would like a chance to take a last look
at
our site plan in light of all the agency and public comments thus far
received before going further with the project noticing, etc. We want
to be
sure none of the comments raise issues that would cause us to reconsider
the
design.
I expect that we will contact you within several weeks to start the
process
up again,
