Port Ludlow EIS
Subject:
Hi Josh.
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.
I want to follow up on our scoping letter from 2 weeks ago to see where
we stand. We would like to move forward with the Marina EIS as soon as
possible, In part, we need to keep moving forward. We renewed our
permit application with the Corps of Engineers about a month ago. Last
week we submitted a revised BE for ESA compliance, We are intent upon
trying to keep the County process in line with the Corps process.
Towards that end, we want to ensure the EIS is being drafted and
commented upon at the same time as the BE and review by DFW so as to
ensure project consistency and good communication between local and
state agencies.
Please let me know when we can discuss our schedule for the EIS process
for this project, Thanks!
