Also enclosed is the following documentation: · Development Review Division hourly timesheet for SDPOO-00014 · Original application fee receipt (case log item 17) · Invoice from The Port Townsend & Jefferson County Leader newspaper for SEPA threshold determination notice published October 3,2001 (log item 57) Following is an explanation of the fees on the attached invoice: · SEPA fee of $1,891.50: 24 hours of SEPA staff time review is included in the SEPA base fee of $225.00, paid with the original permit application submittal. The project planner has applied 72.5 hours of time toward the SEPA review process for this application. The remaining 48.5 hours are billed at $39.00 per hour, the rate in place at the time of application. · Threshold determination supplemental fee: $113.00 was paid at the time of application. The actual cost of the notice published on October 3, 2001 was $371.25, per the enclosed Leader invoice. The difference is $258.25. · Notice of availability of Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement - (SEIS): $113.00 is required from the applicant to publish notice in the newspaper of record. The additional cost is due to the nature of this SEPA review; which includes the preparation of an SEIS and the associated publication of the notice of availability. The fees due at this time total $2,262.75. Upon receipt of payment, Jefferson County in coordination with Reid-Middleton, Inc. will arrange for publication of a notice of availability of the Draft SEIS. Jefferson County will await the full Resort Plan SEIS before issuing any land use approvals or building permits per the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort Ordinance.
