Greetings Joon, Nicole & Lyn:
Attached are the final versions of the publication notice and the mail
notice. We'll take care of the mail notice to those on the second half
of the distribution list (i.e., the ones who receive notice of
availability, but not a copy of the DSEIS). I assume that you'll be
distributing the EIS docs to the first half of the list. Please prepare
some sort of brief affidavit of mailing for the case record.
When can we expect the CD-ROM with the text and maps of the DSEIS?
We'll make arrangements to post on our website as soon as we receive the
docs. The closer to July 5 that we can make that happen the better, of
course.
I emailed the publication notice to the PDN today, so there should be no
trouble with the deadline. We'll do the ~ailing for the mail notice
sometime between today and July 5.
