I agree that we should hold off on the SEPA discussion. Aside from that, there is nothing else that I can think of off hand
that you would need to prepare for. Most of the expansion issues were addressed at the interagency site visit/presentation
you put together. Tomorrows pre-app will give us a chance to provide you with application materials and give you an idea
of the permitting process that will be involved.

See you at 9:30 tomorrow. We will bring along the $80. I just want to clarify some of the issues to be discussed. I
understand that Olympic Property Group has been talking to folks at the County about SEPA issues so we may want
to hold off on that discussion. Otherwise it seems our primary issue may be parking. What else should I anticipate?

Thank you for sending in your Request for Shoreline Pre-Application
Consultation form. I failed to mention that there is an $80.00 fee for the
pre-application conference (which is wound into your permit fee in the event
that you apply within six months). If possible, please send the fee prior
to the conference, otherwise just bring it with you on May 3rd.
