Jefferson County Department of Community Development staff have reviewed the application
materials for the above project proposal. It has been determined that the application is
substantially complete for the purpose(s} described in the Jefferson County Land Use Procedures
Ordinance Number 04-0828-98.
Your project will be noticed in the /\U;jUS+ :J3, '}.CCO edition of the Port Tow\1send &
Jefferson County Leader newspaper, initiating a 3D-day public comment period. After the initial
comment period has concluded, Jefferson County will make a threshold determination under the
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), including a notice in the Leader. After a 14-day comment
period, Jefferson County can make a final SEP A determination and issue a decision regarding
your project.
