Just a note to let you know that we've provided our comments to Reid-Middleton on the pre-draft FSEIS. With regard to
WDFW comment 6, we instructed them to
"Be sure to acknowledge WDFW "no net loss" policy and the requirement of a mitigation plan through the HPA
process. "
