NOTI.CE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a Final Supplemental
Environmental Impact State-
ment (FSEIS) for Port Lu-
dlow Marina expansion has
been issued in accordance
with Chapter 197-11 WAC.
LOCATION OF PROPOSAL:
Port Ludlow Marina, 1 Gull
Dr. Port Ludlow WA 98365
DESCRIPTION OF
PROPOSAL:
To expand Port Ludlow Mari-
na' by adding 100 new slips
for 36 to 60 foot vessels.
adjacent side-ties areas for
vessels over 60 feet in
length, and amenities such
as dingily floats and an ex-
panded kayak float.. Project
is a component of. Resort
expansion, for which an EIS
is pending. Public participa-
tion will be solicited in con.
junction with. the Resort ex-
pansionEIS. as part of a
Resort Plan development
application. No shoreline or
building permits for Marina
expansion or any other as-
pect of Resort expansion
will be issued until the Re-
sort expansion EIS process
is complete.
