Susan Porto, from Jefferson County Health Department, has stated that she has also received letters from concerned citizens regarding the SEP A and DNS. The SEPA determination will need to be incorporated into the approval of the PUD's WSP. It would be helpful ifI could include documentation of the PUD's SEPA processes. Please provide ODW with documentation on the process followed as the lead agency for the SEP A determination.
