The purpose of this letter is to forward information on the PUD' s request for a permit to
install public water lines on Marrowstone Island.
Thank you for meeting with me for a pre-application conference (PRE05-00008) on the
18th of April 2005. I am trying to get all my information and facts together so that we can
proceed with this project and that meeting was very informative.
In response to the meeting I have enclosed the following documents, should anything be
missing or you need additional data please call me ASAP.
a. Master Permit Application.
b. JARP A
c. SEP A
d. Stormwater Plan
e. Conditional Use Permit
f. Narrative describing how we will meet the Shoreline Management Master Program
~ Additionally, enclosed is a memo from DOT on what information they need to process
their permit. I am hoping a call from you once this is all done will be enough to meet their
requirements.
