Subject: Marrowstone Variances?
Stacie,
Has the PUD applied for any variances or changes to the original construction route? Also, is this
the sort of information I can track myself on the permit database? I just checked it out via the
link you sent me a while ago, and I didn't see anything different.
Thanks,
Nancy

Stacie,
Yesterday I saw a copy of some docs from your file for this case, but did not see the environmental docs you requested in an April 21
email to Bill Graham (Log Item 9, page 1 of 6). You said:
"In order to show you meet this section, include the following in your application packet:
. specific plans that identify where the water lines are proposed (ditch, road shoulder, elevations relative to wetlands)
. documentation from a wetlands biologiest or other qualified professional per UDC 3.6.10.j(2) supporting the proposal will
have minimal adverse impacts on buffers and no adverse impacts on regulated wetlands."
Since you have deemed the PUD"s application now complete, I assume you received the above materials. Is that correct? If so, I'd like to
request copies. Let me know and I will submit a records request at the front desk.
Thanks - Nancy
PS Is the June 19th comment deadline for both the II and III permits or will there be another comment period prior to the Shorelines
hearing?

Hi Nancy,
The file number is MLA05-00276. You may check the status on our website at
http://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/commdevelopment/PPQuery /mla .asp?va lue - M LA05-00276.
The application should be noticed in today's Leader. Comments are due June 19, 2005. The DOT permits
you saw were likely PUD's application. Because the lines are proposed within right-of-way, the case was
attached to a generic parcel number for state highways. I corrected it when I deemed the application
complete.
