I deemed the application complete, however that does not preclude me from requesting additional
information. I currently have 60 cases and am covering for other planner's workloads as well. When I have
the time to review the application fully, I will request any additional information that may still be needed.
Once submitted, that information will be available to the public.
The information available on the website directly downloads from the permit database program we use. It is
no substitute for reviewing the case file.
A notice of public hearing shall be published, posted and sent to Marrowstone Island residents at least 10
days prior to the hearing.

There is no variance application or changes submitted from the applicant for this project since the application
was submitted.
Email dated June 8,2005,6:50 pm:
Appeal rights will be identified with the Notice of Decision and Hearing Examiner's decision.
I'm happy to respond to inquiries, however please understand that my workload is extremely large at this
time, and my priority is to review and issue permits for people that are anxiously waiting to build. As a
result, I will not be able to respond quickly.
