I understand that the hearings examiner is out of the SEPA appeal loop on the county's determination, but
I'm curious whether the other permitting agencies have indicated their consensus with the county's
position. I didn't see anything to that effect in the permit file last week, but perhaps its still too soon for
them.

I mentioned that a determination that a proposal is exempt from SEPA is final per UDC
8.10.6.c(1) :
The responsible official will determine the applicability of a categorical exemption. The
determination by the responsible official that a proposal is exempt from SEPA isfinal.

None of the procedural requirements of this Section 8.10 (except as provided in WAC 197-
11-305 and this Section 8.10.6( c) apply to an exempt proposal.
