Thanks, Neil. I've been reading the appeal process section of the SMP as it would apply to the so-far SEPA-
exempt county permit review for construction of PUD water lines on Marrowstone. I wanted to make sure that
the '98 amended version has the current process (hearings examiner to SOCC to Shorelines Hearings Soard to
Superior Court). It's going to be a long process before we get some proper environmental analysis of shipping
Chimacum water to Marrowstone....

I've downloaded the County's SMP from the website, and the title page lists Feb. 6 1998 as the last
amendment. Is that still correct, or have there been changes since '98?
