Jim,
With the comment period over I will be working on my analysis and staff report for the shoreline hearing. You will
be receiving in the mail a packet of the most relevant comments to the project. Please read them carefully and
send me a written response to them. I have included my notes (attached) on what I saw as the most important
points. Most of these don't apply to the shoreline permit, but they may be important to the zoning case, if not the
overall project (and other permits needed to actually complete the water system) and should be addressed. You
need to do your own review, analysis and response.
I don't know when the hearing will be scheduled, but the earliest will be February. I'll let you know in a week or
two.
