Sorry for the delay in response. My comment is just that a condition needs to be placed on the approval that:
Water lines shall be located a minimum of 10' from all onsite sewage system components.. Where a water line and waste
water line cross the water line shall be placed above the wastewater line a minimum of 18". If this separation cannot be
maintained and the water line is still above the waste water line the waterline shall be cased. If the water line is below the
wastewater line then both lines shall be cased. All casing shall meet the standards set forth in the DOE Criteria for Sewage
Works.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to locate any drainfields or wastewater lines that they will be coming into proximity
with or crossing. I know of a couple of wastewater lines that cross Flagler Rd but there may be others that they will need
to evaluate.
