I do not anticipate any outfalls. In general the contractor has to chlorinate the water lines to clean them up prior to putting on line. We will require them to neutralize prior to draining the pipes. If necessary we can have them empty lines into a trailer and hauled off site, but in general DOE is happy if we neutralize the disinfectant prior to putting in a ditch.
