David. I do not anticipate any outfalls. In general the contractor has to chlorinate the water lines to clean them
up prior to putting on line. We will require them to neutralize prior to draining the pipes. If necessary we can
have them empty lines into a trailer and hauled off site, but in general DOE is happy if we neutralize the
disinfectant prior to putting in a ditch. Even then we try not to have water run directly into the shoreline.

Will there be any utility discharges or outfalls associated with the water system as installed? Will any of
those be within shoreline jurisdiction?
