Jim,
I have reviewed and approved the attached Construction Pollution Prevention Plan. You have addressed the
CSWPP Plan issues in my comments dated December 20, 2005.The same CSWPP Plan could also be used for
the Marrowstone filling station project, MLA06-00044.
I note that there was a text box inserted in Element 5 Stabilize Soils titled Typical State Route Ditch. I could not
fully open it. Please fax me a copy.
As per my final comment, please contact the Department to schedule a precon meeting.

Your comments were very good, but I'm a little slow some times, and want to make sure I
get it right. Particularly with the shoreline hearing coming up. I have my BOC meeting tomorrow
so earliest would be either Thursday or Friday. But even next week is fine. All this rain you guys
may be busy with stormwater stuff. Anyway Happy New Years.

addressed those areas that Jim was talking about. Maybe we could meet and go
over it so that I catch everything.
