For the submittal, one copy of the JARPA, CUP application and SEPA checklist will suffice. We only request additional copies when the originals are larger than 111x17" - we can't copy oversized pages. So if the plans are oversized, please submit 5 copies and a reduced copy 111x17" or smaller. Please contact me if you need anything else. Stacie L. Typically for more complex projects with the Corps etc we would send information straight to those agencies as well, but DOE is our only other reviewer on this project (shoreline permit). Iin my past life as a City staff person I seem to recall they didn't want the info until the we had acted on the Shoreline Permit. Is this correct? Also, how many copies of the JARPA application, SEPA checklist, Conditional Use Permit Application materials and supporting info do you want? I cant seem to find references to numbers of copies - does this mean just one complete set? Let me know! Thanks for your help! Jean "h/L, tor lOG !TE~J1 3 ._"~_.!.__.of ( -- 1
