Dear JEFFERSON COUNTY PUD #1:
The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application The
following information is needed to continue review of your project
1) Please submit an Original geotechnical report and an original Geologically Hazardous Area
Assessment and Recommendations.
2) The plans for the LOSS state they are "Not for Construction". Please submit a full-size set of final
plans and an 11" x 17" set of final plans.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development by February 6,
2006. Pursuant to Unified Development Code Section 8.2.3.c and f., if the applicant refuses to
submit the additional information or does not request additional time to submit the
required information within the ninety (90) calendar day period, the application will be considered
abandoned and therefore withdrawn and the applicant shall forfeit the application fee. The
Deparbnent of Community Development shall not be responsible for notifying the applicant of an
impendi ng expiration.
