It will keep us updated and current with the environmental needs of that area. It will give us peace of mind about not corrupting the environment It will add value to our lots and real estate. Dear Ms. Lamp, We are writing to thank you for your interest in providing a safe and effective septic system for the residents of the Beckett Point Fisherman's Club. Our family members are lessees and building owners of lots 22 & 23 at 700 Beckett Point Road. At the present time, there are no full-time residents and usage of our existing septic system is minimal. For this reason, we are not experiencing' any functionality issues with our current system. Regardless, we are looking forward to having an upgraded community system that will improve future possibilities for increased usage and growth of our building. Having a community septic system will also improve the marketability of our property if we choose to sell it at some point.
