I want to assure you that we are not trying to delay the permit. Over the years we have had many inquiries into the possibility of developing the undeveloped lots. Septic has been one of the stumbling blocks to doing this but not the only one. As I mentioned in my previous e-mail the two lots are over zoning density. The Beckett Point Fisherman's Club has chosen not to pursue the Assessor's Plat. Since the Beckett Point Fishermen's Club is a legal nonconforming use, in order for them to expand (meaning building residences on the undeveloped lots), a Conditional Use Permit would be required. I left a message for Patti Sahlinger to contact me. She is out of town until Friday, March 24th. It is two DOH sized systems that are capable of 12 additional. However, you do not have to approve the 12. We will not make the system any different if there are 12 less. Jim 1 ?). \
