Future Development at Beckett Point
Patti,
Here are some of the questions we would like to discuss when we meet next Friday.
What are the plans for future development of Beckett Point?
a) Which lots are undeveloped but leased?
b) Which lots are undeveloped and not leased? Are there plans to develop these?
c) Describe the projected development for Tract C - Lagoon Area.
d) We assume there will be no further development on Tracts A, B, D - G. Is this accurate?
The Tracts referred to above can be found on the survey that was recorded in January 17, 2006. If
you don't have a copy you can contact me and I will fax one to you or you can find it on the Jefferson
County Website at http://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/assessors/parcel/Plat&SurveySearch.asp. The
Auditor's File Number is 507486. Filed in Volume 29, Pages 179 -188.
