Zoe,
Thank you for arranging tomorrow's meeting and sending the previous
message stating the concerns to be discussed.
In attendance and representing the Beckett Point Fishermen's Club are:
Keith Hansen, Vice-President
Ed Edwards, Trustee and Co-Chairman of Septic Committee
Bill Smith, Former President and Trustee
Patti Sahlinger, Secretary and Co-Chairman of Septic Committee
Jim Parker, PUD Manager, has also arranged to attend the meeting.
As BPFC representatives, any position we take at this meeting is
informative only. Any decisions made will be concurred by process of
vote of approval from the Board or membership. The members listed above
will be the only persons speaking on behalf of BPFC.
We, too, are looking forward to meeting with you and your department on
Friday.

Patti,
Here are some of the questions we would like to discuss when we meet
next Friday.
What are the plans for future development of Beckett Point?
a) Which lots are undeveloped but leased?
b) Which lots are undeveloped and not leased? Are there plans to
develop these?
c) Describe the projected development for Tract C - Lagoon Area.
d) We assume there will be no further development on Tracts A, B, D -
G. Is this accurate?

The Tracts referred to above can be found on the survey that was
recorded in January 17, 2006. If you don't have a copy you can contact
me and I will fax one to you or you can find it on the Jefferson County
Website at
