WHEREAS by the reconstruction of the County road OTer
and across Lot 5, Seotion 32, TYp. 30 N.E. 1 W. and the NEt
NEi Section 5, TYp. 29 N.R. 1 West, the existinc road was aban-
doned, and
WHEREAS the abandoned road has no Ta1ue .s . County road,
and
WEEREAS the said road has not been in use fora period
of fiTe years
BE IT Tf..EREFORE RESOLVED that, that portioa ot the Keymes
road made obsolete by the reconstruction of a portion of the
said Keymes Road OTer and across Lot 5, Seetlon 32, Twp. 30
