RESOLUTION
WHEREAS County'iParksma y also be quite properly
ca 11ed County Property, and
WHEREAS there 18 a bSi.ance rema 1n1ng upd.isbursed
in said County Property budget
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED by this Doat'd
that any claims for services or materials for county parks
in the County of Jefferson remaining unpald at the end
of the budget year 1940 may be paid out of any funds
rem*&ning in sald County Property budget, Maintenance
and Operation divlsion. The Auditor is here*-ith In-
structed to draw a warrant or warrants for any such
claims that may have been approved by this board and
the Treasurer of sald county is directed then to pay
such warrants in the manner provided by law.
