actually been constructed under that authority, and are in

reserved was on the said 6th day of November, 1940 and is
now of no financial value to Jefferson County.

BE IT R!:~SOL V:8D by the County Conr:lissioners of
Jefferson County as follows:
1. That Jefferson County hereby releases to the
legal OVffiers of any and all tracts iCJvolved in said action
and in the lH'Operty above described, any and all rights in
and to said easffirrent so reserved, an~ releases from the
lands hlVol ved any lien or rights arising out of said reser-
vation.
2. That the Prosecutinr Attorney of Jefferson
:Jounty, Vvashinf,ton be &'1d he is hereby s.uthorized to cli scla:i,m
