Gentlemen:
We have approved your Resolution 10. B-2 dated J'anuary
15, 1941, providing for the improvement ot the Olympus
Beach Road from the intersection of the Mats Count,. Road
and Olympus BouleTBrd at a point 700 teet Korth and 1030
East ot the Section Comer common to Sections 4, 5, 8, 9,
Twp. 28 H.R. 1 E. W.M., thence in a Rortheasterly direction
along Oljrmpus Boulevard, Olympus Beach Plat, a distance of
.3,600 teet.
We have assigned Jefferson County Road Project No. .34 to
this improvement and have obligated TOur gas tax allotments
in the amount of $2,000.00 to insure its completion.
