projects, it is necessary to o~tain signatures or an authorized
agent of the County of Jefferson, from time to time for the success-
ful operation of said projects, and

Sponsor's agent,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that W. A. BUgge# County Road Engineer,
be hereby authorized to be the Sponsor's authorizedagentln con-
junction with Works Progress Administration projects sponsored by
Jefferson County.
