WHEllii:AS the Federal J:'orest Reserve Receipts to Jefferson County for the
year of 1940 and received by the County Treasurer lipril 7, 1941, Was in the sum
of ~f47, 717.43, and
v\BEREAS it. is the will of the Board of County Commissioners that fifty per
cent (500/0) of said sum be allocated to the various school districts of the
county, such allotment to be at the discretion of the County School Superintendent,
and that fifty per cent (50 0/0) be al10cpted to the FEDERAL RESERVE ROAD FUND and
that such amount shall be expended, as provided by the County Road Budget for 1941,
THEREF'OHE, liVe the Board of County Commissioners do hereby direct bhe County
Treasurer of Jefferson County to make such allotments from the Federal Forest
Reserve Fund as embodied in this Resolution, and that such monies shall be
transferred to the respective funds as herein provided.
