WHEREAS the publio interests 01' the People of Jefferson County
demand the improvement, an4
WHEREAS the estimated eost of the project 18 f45OO.o0,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Bogachlel RIver road be
improved from a polnt 1090 feet east of the quarter ..otion oorner
common to Seotions 35" iwp. 28 N. R. 11 Weat and Section 2 hp.
27 N. R. 11 West, thence In an Easterly direction a distance of
7079.5 feet, 8uch polnt terminating in Lot 8, Seotion 1, lwp. 27
N. h. 1 West \V.M., as provided under the provision. at C~apt.r 18'7,
Session Laws of 193'1 and Chapter 181, Se..ion Laws of 1939, and
that the sum of tr.oo.... be set aslde for the purpose. aforesald.
