operation of the County J 1, and
'WHEREAS this need couihd not have been forseen at the ti8e of prenaring the final
Budget of said courty for the year of 1941
IT IS HEREwITE UNANTh10TmLY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of said County
that the said amow-ts ShAll be a')propriated from the General Flmd and credited to the said
Auditor's office and said Jail for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned.
That the Auditor shall cause to be published in the Port Townsend Leader, the
Official COUEty newspa,per, Thursday, October the 23rd, 1941, :notice that on the 3rd day of
November, 1941, at the Commissioners I Room in the Court House in Port, Townsend, Wash., a
meeting will be held at which any qualified taxpayer may appear and enter his objections to the
appropriation of these sums for these hereinbefore mentioned purposes.
If no objedtion be so made on said date, after a resolution to the proper effect has been
placed upon the records of the Board of County Commissioners, said appropriation shall be i.n fJd]
full force and effect, and thereafter said funds may be expemded by the accredited officials
in the manner provided by law.
