For the current construction, notification of the Corps will not be required. Corps notification and permitting will be required for the water system installation across the causeway and south of Nordland at the head of Mystery Bay. At Nordland there is a wetland in the east ditch of SR 116 that is connected to Mystery Bay via a culvert. This is the only jurisdictional ditch that we encountered during our fieldwork. Paul Paul S.
