David:
The impact assessment covers both Phases. We delineated 3 wetlands at the intersection of East Marrowstone
and Renier Roads for Phase II, but there shouldn't be any project impacts to those wetlands. The only areas
that are not included in the impact assessment are the south end of Mystery Bay (Nordland) and the causeway.
