No date yet on the hearing,
Al will be going to a meeting at Beckett Point on Sunday(April 23) around
11:30 a,m, to get the homeowner's input and answer questions on how they
want to proceed with future development -- either with an Assessor's plat,
conditional use permit, or a development agreement. When we (Stacie, Al
and I) met with Patty Sahlinger and Ed Edwards last week they weren't sure
when they would be able to have a decision this, However, it does need to
be addressed prior to going to hearing, I will be working on SEPA and the
staff report so we can go to hearing as soon as possible after we hear from
Beckett Point.
