The Marrowstone utility shoreline permit hearing has been rescheduled to
May 16, The next hearing date is June 6, Zoe will schedule the Beckett
Point utility shoreline permit hearing for that date - June 6, Zoe will
issue her staff report on May 30.
The PUD proposal is for a utility to serve 102 hookups, This would be 90
existing homes and 12 new locations, Our concern is how to permit those
additional 12 locations at a later date for residential construction, We
assume those 12 new hookups are on the map and colored "yellow" and
"orange", DCD would like a list by lot number of those 12 new
hookups/residential structures, Additionally, we hope that you will decide
if you will do a Assessors plat, keep the existing legal lots as is
(currently 2 and could be 3) or try for the 12 new hookups by the
conditional use process by May 25, This would be needed for the staff
report and staff recommendation,
Where is the meeting on Sunday?

the SEPA hearing with a requirement that the relationship be established
